Drop point lubrication

Generally used for light-load and medium-load bearing with circumferential speed less than 4 ~ 5m/s, the supply of lubricating oil from the container through the hole, needle, valve and other roughly quantitative lubricating oil, the most classic is the drop oil cup, the drop oil with the viscosity of lubricating oil, bearing clearance and the position of the oil supply hole has significant changes.

Oil ring lubrication

By hanging on the shaft and can rotate the ring to bring oil pool lubricating oil to the bearing (can only be used for horizontal shaft lubrication method), suitable for the shaft diameter is greater than 50mm medium speed and high speed bearing, the oil ring is best seamless, bearing width diameter ratio is less than 2, you can only use one oil ring, otherwise you need two oil rings.

Six, oil bath lubrication

This method of lubrication involves immersing a portion of the bearing in lubricating oil. It is usually used for thrust bearing of vertical shaft, but not for radial bearing of horizontal shaft.

Splash lubrication

Lubrication oil that splashes from the swivel in the tank is supplied to the bearing for higher speed bearings.

8. Spray lubrication

The method of lubricating oil atomizing and spraying on the friction surface is suitable for high-speed bearing.

Pressure oil supply for lubrication

Oil is supplied to the bearing by the pressure of the lubrication pump, and the oil discharged from the bearing is recovered to the oil pool for recycling. It is the most stable lubrication method with the largest amount of oil supply, suitable for high-speed, heavy-duty and important sliding bearing.

Ten, circulation oil lubrication

Oil pump is used to transfer the filtered oil to the bearing parts, and the lubricating oil after the bearing is filtered and cooled for use.Since the circulating oil can take away some heat and cool the bearing, the method is suitable for bearing parts with higher rotating speed.

Eleven, jet lubrication

High pressure oil is injected into the bearing through the nozzle with an oil pump, and the oil injected into the bearing flows into the oil groove through the other end of the bearing.When the bearing rotates at a high speed, the rolling body and the retainer also generate airflow around the air at a quite high speed. It is difficult to send the lubricating oil to the bearing by ordinary lubrication methods. At this time, the lubricating oil must be sprayed into the bearing by means of high-pressure injection, and the position of the nozzle should be placed between the inner ring and the center of the retainer.

Bearing lubrication is a continuous work, and the replacement cycle of lubricating oil is based on the different service conditions and oil amount of the bearing.In general, when the operating temperature is below 50℃ and the dust is low, it should be replaced once a year. When the oil temperature reaches 100℃, it should be replaced once every 3 months or less.
